for the right Realtor (one who understands
your needs) can be quite a challenge.
I know several Realtors I have met through
friends or for that matter, I have a couple
of relatives that have taken up the business
of handling the buying and selling of
property. When I decided to look for
my own vacation home, none of these people
seemed right. I knew I would be very
selective and that the process could take
some time. I decided to find a female
Realtor. I looked on the web and found
Connie Lyle. Her website was easy to
use and I like what she put out in her ad.
The
response time between our emails was
fantastic. She would always get back
to me the same day. Since I was
looking for a place on the Russian River (on
water), there were many grades of properties
out there. Flood zone houses were the
most prevalent, and fixer-uppers were
everywhere. We had communications for
months and months. She never forgot
about me or lost interest. If there
was nothing new for a month, she would send
me a note telling me she was still looking.
Aside from
her professional manner, she has a great
sense of humor, and she and my husband and I
had a great time looking at places.
When we finally found our place, she took
over and really went to bat for us. No
detail was spared. She was there for
every inspection and followed through with a
manner that was quite impressive! She
has qualifications and experience that
cannot be topped.
